I received a call from someone who pretended to be affiliated with the law society, claiming they were reaching out about an accident I had on some icy pavement. However, they had completely incorrect details about the situation. When I began probing for more information, they abruptly ended the call. When I attempted to call back, I was met with an incessant loop of hold music. I’m really curious as to how they obtained my phone number in the first place!

I unfortunately found myself in a rather unfortunate car crash recently. While my vehicle was being repaired, I was provided with a hire car, and it seems there was a mix-up with my contact information. Since that incident, I’ve received three calls from this number, and quite frustratingly, they’ve hung up on me each time. I’ve tried returning their calls on a couple of occasions, but again, the line goes dead as soon as I inquire about their identity. It’s clear to me that these persistent calls are unwelcome cold calls, likely arising from the details shared by the car hire company associated with the RAC. Quite bothersome, really!

Just had a rather unpleasant experience with a dubious firm pursuing accident claims. I had a call from a rather curt woman who wouldn't divulge any information and flat out refused to address my enquiries. They've been pestering my daughter, and I’d strongly advise steering well clear of them!
