I’ve noticed they keep ringing from loads of different 0161 numbers, I reckon I’ve blocked around 20 or 30 of them already.

Yesterday I got 5 calls from this lot and they were so rude! My husband had a little car accident but he wasn’t hurt at all. The first call came and they pretended to be from the insurance company, which was a bit suspicious. I told them to talk to our insurance instead, then the next call came within an hour and that’s when the rudeness kicked in. They actually said people like me are the reason insurance premiums go up! No, mate, it’s more like scams trying to get folks to make claims. I kept saying my husband was fine and then they asked how I could be so sure. That was when I lost it and told them if they really are that dumb, I live with him! Hung up on them. Since then, they’ve called three more times but I just hang up now and if they call again, I’m going to do something about it. Never met such rude people, honestly. So thankful no one got hurt - I’d never trust or do business with that company, feels like a scam with how unprofessional they are!

So annoyed right now, this has to be from JOHN Lewis Car insurance - no doubt about it, they’re the only ones who ever had all my contact info (which I’m now sorting out to be changed). It’s disgusting how these rude scammers think it’s okay to threaten me with “we know where you live”. I work at a law firm so trust me, this isn’t going to slide - police are being involved and we’ve already tracked down a few of their numbers. It’s going to be a bit of a project to sort them out. Funny how John Lewis says they never share details, yet here we are. My insurance’s with them, and if anyone within their organisation’s behind this, I’m holding John Lewis fully responsible. These crooks are clearly breaking the law trying to get info illegally. The phone number might change, but the scammers and the sham company just keep popping up again and again.

Accident Advice called me and as soon as I started telling them how bogus claims like theirs push insurance prices up so much, they just hung up. What a load of rubbish! If anyone from Accident Claim Centre or whatever nonsense name you go by is reading this, stop wasting your time if you can't handle some honest talk. Just got a call from these lot - honestly, they were super rude and pushy. They kept asking for my husband and refused to talk to me. They kept going on about him being in a car crash and called him stupid, which really got on his nerves. He wasn’t having any of it and told them off pretty firmly. Wish I could say more but better to stay anonymous for now.

Back in October I was involved in a no fault crash, and then this bloke rings me up and keeps me on the line for about half an hour. He kept going on about working for some charity, supposedly hired by the insurance firms to check up on claims and make sure we're happy with how things turned out. He even mentioned he could help recover uninsured costs from the accident. When he started asking for the other driver's details, I told him to jog on. That’s when I started feeling something wasn’t right, so I just said I wasn’t interested and hung up. Now I’m left wondering how on earth they got hold of my info, especially my phone number?
