someone called saying they were from the queens office, they kept going on about me getting arrested or something.

Got a call from someone who wanted to know my first name, when I asked who it was she said ‘Samantha’ and claimed to be from an insurance firm. I just said thanks and ended the call, now her number is blocked.

The number showed up on my screen but I didn't pick up, 'cos I wasn’t sure who it was and figured it could be dodgy. So, I checked it out on this site. I ended up saving it under my contacts as ‘scam29’ with a shrill ringtone so that next time I hear that sound, I’ll know to ignore it. I tagged the call here as ‘unknown’ since I wasn’t on the line with the person to find out, just going off what others had said about it.
