They actually asked me by my name, but the moment I said I was on the phone, the caller just hung up. Bit strange really.

I didn’t pick up and as soon as it went to voicemail they just cut off. I’m on the do not call list and my number isn’t even in the directory. What sort of company are these anyway? I would never make a purchase over the phone.

This caller said they were from Energy Save. When I asked how they’d got hold of my number, she said they just pick numbers at random. I told her I’m on the TPS and that I’d report them. I also asked if she could remove my number from their list and any other companies connected to them.

Got a call at 2:34pm on Friday the 19th of June, 2015.

They call me daily around the exact same hour, but as soon as I pick up, they just end the call straight away.

They kept going on about how old my boiler was, then asked where they’d got my number from. I gave them the usual answer, but when I mentioned I was ex-directory, they just said sorry and promised to take me off their list.
