Had loads of calls from a blocked number about safeguarding your place if you end up needing care in a nursing home. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

These people on the phone can be so convincing. They pretend to be lawyers offering help to older folks who own their houses, trying to stop them from losing their home if they ended up in a care home. It all sounds legit but it’s obviously a trick. I’ve told my elderly mum, who’s had loads of calls like this, to just block their number outright.
