Today I got a call from some bloke claiming to be from Facebook trying to push ads on me. I told him straight up I’m not interested, and he sounded a bit shocked. Honestly, these people are getting on my nerves more and more with these annoying cold calls. Even though I’m signed up with the TPS, you wouldn’t believe how many telemarketing calls clutter my phone every day. Who has the time to deal with this nonsense? If I need something, I’ll look for it myself. I can’t stand being hassled nonstop by folks trying to sell me stuff I don’t want or need!

Today I got a call from this number, claiming to be from Google. I told them I already advertise with Google, but they just hung up on me. When I called back to complain about being disconnected like that, the woman said she’d check it out and then hung up too. I tried one more time to speak to a manager, who said he was the manager, and told him what happened - and guess what? He ended the call on me as well. Honestly, what bad manners!
