Given your current credit rating, we recommend that you refrain from submitting any additional finance applications, as this could influence our final decision. We'll reach out shortly. Best wishes, David - Underwriting department - Bad credit new car! First off, I’m not Richard! Not planning to respond either, as it seems dodgy to me.

Similar to what the user mentioned earlier, I too got a message from this landline which read:
Hello Richard,
Thanks for your recent application. In light of your credit history, we suggest refraining from any additional finance applications, as this could influence our assessment. We’ll reach out shortly. Best wishes, David - Underwriting team - Poor credit new car!

And like the previous commenter, I won't be responding, as it seems rather dodgy to me.

I received a rather peculiar text from a landline claiming to be related to someone named Scott, whom I've never come across. It was a message expressing gratitude for an application and stating that they would be in contact shortly. They identified themselves as "Bad Credit New Car!" which struck me as quite dodgy. Naturally, I refrained from responding, as I know that engaging with potential scams can lead to trouble, especially in terms of money being siphoned away. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
