My Experience with Compare My Policy: Recently, I received a call from them regarding whether my insurance policy was the best one for me. I tried to explain that I had already been contacted the previous week by a rather brusque gentleman, and I wasn’t keen on sharing any information until that matter was resolved. I can’t shake the feeling it was the same chap - he was just as dismissive and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways. When I rang the number back, it bypassed the ringing and connected me to another bloke who recognised my voice. I asked him to remove my number from their records, but he outright refused and abruptly hung up. With plenty of time on my hands, I decided to call again. This time, a girl picked up and suggested I enter my information on a website to opt-out of future calls. I reiterated my request to have my information deleted, and she claimed she would do so. Nonetheless, I’ve now blocked the number!
