I’d just say don’t pick up if you get a call from these spam numbers. Best to mark them as spam on your phone right away. Reporting them helps stop others from getting annoyed by the same calls later on.

Got a call from someone saying they were from O2 offering a phone or some discount, but I haven’t used O2 for more than ten years. They wanted my personal info to apparently open a new account or something. Seemed dodgy to me.
