4 yearsWe’ve been hassled by Steven Roberts and a woman from Morton Design trying to get us to pay for some advertising we never ordered. They even put together a rubbish advert we definitely wouldn’t have approved. We don’t even know them, never used their services, and they don’t have a proper website or pick up their phone. Total scam, steer clear!Steven RobertsMorton Design5 yearsSteve insisted we gave the go-ahead for their ads, which we never did. It’s really disheartening how some people can lie like that and still get a good night's rest, especially when they’re ripping off small businesses that are already struggling.Steve5 yearsThat Corn Brook Media thing's a total scam, don't trust it at all.Corn Brook Media5 yearsAvoid giving these people any money, it's a total scam. The business isn’t official and basically doesn’t exist anywhere.6 yearsGot a call from Cornbrook Media claiming to be with the National Construction Guide. Instant hang-up from me, what a load of rubbish.Cornbrook Media6 yearsI’d honestly keep away from these lot. Back in April, they rung me up saying they were from Com Brook Media, or something like that. When I asked why a design firm wouldn’t have an actual website, the guy just started making up nonsense. Plus, I noticed they recycle the same invoice numbers. Definitely dodgy, best to avoid.Com Brook Media8 yearsA bloke named Steven Burton, along with his assistant Sara Parker, ring up small businesses pushing advertising spots in some so-called Community and Road Safety magazine. They claim that if you sign up, copies will be sent to local shops. They work under the names Fluid Media and PM Designs, but don’t have a website and never pick up calls or reply to emails. The thing is, the magazine isn’t real and you get nothing after handing over your money. If you pay, they’ll send another bill from a different company at the same address. They’re very pushy and not at all trustworthy. About half a year later, they’ll call again pretending to arrange magazine delivery and want to confirm your details. The moment you talk to them, another bogus invoice lands, asking for payment. Honestly, if you get a call like this, just hang up straight away.Steven BurtonSara ParkerCommunity and Road SafetyFluid MediaPM Designs8 yearsSome ads popped up sayin I’d signed up last year for school and road safety books. Feels like they’re just pushing stuff on me.8 yearsthis company keeps ringing me, telling me I said yes to one of their adverts and now they’re threatening to take me to court. I never agreed to any of it, honestly. I got caught out by a similar scam ages back when I wasn’t in a great place mentally. Since then, they just won’t stop hassling me and I reckon they’ve passed my info onto others too. It’s so frustrating!High Court8 yearsThis constant ringing is such a headache, can't they just fix it already?9 yearsI got calls from this company called Morton Design. They said I’d already signed up to take advertising space in some publication ages ago. They said sorry for the hold-up but now they’re ready to go ahead and want me to pay £249. They kept ringing back and even sent bogus letters pretending to be bailiffs. Proper scam, watch out!Morton Design9 yearsI got calls from some place called Morton Design, saying I'd supposedly agreed to advert in one of their magazines ages ago.
