We've been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis for the last nine months! It's usually around 3 o'clock in the morning when the phone goes off. Is there anyone who can offer some assistance? Unfortunately, neither BT nor Virgin seem to be able to resolve this issue for us.

We've been getting calls from this number every single night at precisely 3:15 AM for over nine months now! It's become a real nuisance, and despite reaching out to BT and Virgin Media, they seem utterly helpless. In the end, we’ve resorted to silencing our phone. Is there anyone who can shed some light on this? We did note that the area code is from Manchester, but that’s about the extent of our knowledge.
