I got a call from a woman claiming to be Henry Goldstein’s rep about some £2500 they supposedly owed me. I played along for a bit, trying to get more info, but she kept dodging giving her real name. Eventually, she asked for my bank details so she could transfer the money. When I told her I never share that kind of info and asked if she could just post me a cheque since she had my name and address, she just hung up! No shock there. These lot are total nuisances, don’t fall for it.

Got a letter saying I’d been awarded £EEEEEEE but couldn’t make head or tail of it so didn’t bother with it.

Got a call from a UK call centre who said they'd be posting me a letter the next day about some kind of thousands of pounds I was owed from old finance stuff, maybe PPI or something. I asked the guy for the company name but even after he said it three times, I still had no clue who they were and I’d never heard of them before. By that point, I decided I’d had enough and just blocked their number.
