We've had an eerily similar encounter. We received a letter stating that the Premier Claims Helpline had been shut down. It turns out that UAB wasn't even registered as a legitimate company.

Shuttered Advisory Bureau, eh? I can't help but ponder whether they're linked to Honda's accident support services. Strangely enough, they refused to disclose their address or surnames, yet they were all too keen on gathering my personal details. Allegedly, they’re in the business of gathering intel on ongoing claims to tidy things up. Quite the tale, isn't it? They assure me they don’t peddle the information elsewhere. They claimed to have my data from some sort of database-what a curious situation!

I tried greeting the caller several times, but they just disconnected!

Absolutely no clue as to who they might be.
