I received a call recently from someone claiming to represent Vodafone, suggesting I ought to change to a business account. Given that I had just upgraded a phone for a family member, I wasn’t particularly taken aback by the phone call, claiming to have superior tariff offers for me. What a farce! It turned out they had no affiliation with Vodafone whatsoever. They put me on hold while supposedly checking details, but I suspect they were eavesdropping when I said to my partner that it seemed dodgy. Before I knew it, they hung up. I reached out to Vodafone directly afterwards, and they confirmed that the number was absolutely not theirs.

They masquerade as EE, trying their utmost to apply the usual sales pressure in hopes of persuading you to switch your tariffs. Honestly, they're neither EE nor O2! Total time waster; I’m relieved I chose to end the call.

Received a call regarding my O2 agreement, but it turned out they were representing a company named 'Prestige'. They were attempting to impersonate O2 to peddle unwanted products. Just a bit dodgy if you ask me!
