The caller was eager to discuss some supposed new funding available in my locality linked to the rising cost of living. However, they completely mispronounced my name and got my title all wrong. I’ve never encountered the company before, nor have I sought any such information. I had to cut them off mid-sentence to clarify that I wasn’t interested and ended the call.
