SCAM CALLS! Make sure to report them to 7726 (not a police line) and block the numbers straight away. You should also write to your MP and ask why we're flooded with these nuisance calls. Why can't we still report scam attempts directly through the police’s 'action fraud' form? Plus, why hasn’t the telephone industry rolled out Caller ID Authentication tech yet, which could cut down these scams a lot? Scam texts need forwarding to 7726 too. And if you get scam emails or screenshots of scam messages, send them for police investigation at '[email protected]'
