Didn’t pick up when a 0161 number rang me.

I happened to miss a call earlier, and upon returning it, I was greeted by a pre-recorded voice that mentioned something about housing triage. Honestly, I’m not quite sure what that entails. The message prompted me to press 9 if I wished to opt out, so I did just that, and then the call abruptly ended. Quite baffling, really!
