It was blatantly a sales call, as they began probing about any damage to my vehicle. The caller was shockingly rude. When I mentioned that I was busy with work and requested a callback, they retorted, “Then why pick up the phone if you’re unable to talk?” Quite infuriating!

I was taken aback by the sheer rudeness when I requested them to take my number off their list. They rang me supposedly representing my insurance company following a car accident, which is utterly bizarre since I don’t have one! It’s all quite frustrating, really.
