‭0161 820 1847‬ kept ringing me loads today. I tried calling back and some bloke named Brian picked up, but when I didn’t say anything he didn’t say who he was working for. Ive blocked the number now, but I reckon they’ll be back with a new one soon enough.

Some absolute muppet was being really rude to me, chatting in this sarcastic tone like he was some big deal. He even said he'd ring me back whenever he felt like and there’s nothing I could do about it. I was proper taken aback by how he spoke. Then he dropped my name and address from that accident I had and went on about wanting to “investigate” me, don’t even know what for, haha. I just told him to get a grip, stop messing about, and find himself a proper job.

I received a rather unexpected call at 4:40 PM today, Tuesday, September 29th. A woman on the other end seemed to know about a car accident that I'd been part of. She wanted additional details so they could help me with a claim. However, I was on Bluetooth while driving, so I decided not to entertain her and ended the call abruptly instead.

Got a call on my mobile out of the blue, they clearly knew about my recent no fault car crash or whatever they want to call it now, a ‘collision’ instead of an ‘accident’. I reckon my details must have been passed on somehow, as I was insured with One Call back then. From what I’ve dealt with from these lot, I wouldn’t advise anyone to use their services.
