Seems pretty dodgy to me, feels like a scam for sure.

I picked up and there was nothing but silence. I tried saying hello, finally got a hello back, then quiet again. When I said hello once more, some annoyed sounding woman said I wasn’t letting her speak. I just ended the call after that.
