This number decided to send us a fax at half-past two in the morning, even though we've signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. We took a gander at the TPS website looking for information on lodging a complaint, but it turns out they don’t deal with complaints regarding fax tones or silent calls. So, I'm wondering who actually does? In the meantime, I’m going to enable call barring for this number on our line, as we simply can’t be running ragged at work because of such dubious practices from this company. If anyone else has had any luck with filing a complaint, do share your experiences here!
