I just received a call from someone who seemed eager to speak with the person responsible for the Yell.com account. When I asked them about their identity, they hesitantly mentioned Galaxy Media, but I promptly clarified that I don’t entertain sales pitches and hung up the phone. It does make one ponder why there’s such hesitance in revealing their actual company name, assuming that Galaxy Media is indeed the name they represent. A quick search reveals a business in Nuneaton associated with that name, yet the caller was clearly based in the Manchester area. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Received a call earlier and I’m keen to find out who was on the other end regarding the Yell.com account. When I took the call, I was met with a firm 'no' when I asked if the caller was associated with Yell. They stumbled over their words when I pressed them about the company they represented, finally mumbling something about Galaxy Media. At that point, I made it clear that I'm not interested in sales calls and hung up. One does wonder why there’s such hesitancy to disclose the company's name if that is indeed who they represent. A quick online search for Galaxy Media points to a location in Nuneaton, yet the caller seemed to originate from the Manchester area. Quite curious, isn't it?
