This morning I got a call from a man who said there had been several error alerts about someone attempting to break into my internet. He introduced himself as David Fernandez. When I asked for his location he told me he was calling from 101 Commercial Street, Manchester, and gave me this phone number. He then read out a long sequence of digits claiming it was my customer security licence ID. I asked him for verification of his identity and whereabouts, to which he responded with that number. I was hesitant to share any details, and he ended the call abruptly.
