Got a call from someone saying the company we’re making the claim against will cover the costs. When I mentioned I was tied up, they suddenly passed me on to their manager. This person then asked for my details - stuff they should already have since they’re handling our claim. I told them again I was busy and ended the call.

Don't trust this lot! They claim they've got your number on some sort of list because of an accident claim you supposedly made. Complete nonsense, I haven't made any claim at all. I've reported them to the TPS - fingers crossed they get slammed with a huge penalty!
