6 yearsGot a call from 01618188889, some bloke pretending to be from a government debt help programme saying they could sort out my debts. They had an old email of mine that’s been dead for over 3 years. They rang me from a mobile, 07731312158. When they told me to check a number on my screen, I said the number they used to call me was marked as risky. Then the guy told me to just Google "government debt help" instead. I ended the call straight away.6 yearsI got a call from 07462 507 415 and the guy claimed he was from National Debt Help, calling from 0161 818 8889. He said his name was James Daniel, but it didn’t seem legit. He mentioned an address at Universal Square, Devonshire House in Manchester, ms12 9018, saying they could sort out my debts and that Morecroft Debt Collection Agency had sent me to them. Some of the details he had about me were off, so I didn’t share any more info. He was obviously fishing for personal stuff. After I made it clear I wasn’t fooled, he said he’d take me off their scam calling list.James DanielJamesUniversal SquareDevonshire HouseManchesterMorecroft Debt Collection Agency7 yearsI got a call from someone claiming they could help with my debts, but when I told them I'd have to check with my wife first, the bloke got really rude and said I was annoying him.
