Got a call about some refund cheque from the bank, but I'm pretty sure it's just a scam. Sounds dodgy to me.

Got a call about winning £2020. When I asked how they got my details, the caller wasn’t impressed. He acted like having my address meant I should just believe him. I declined the offer, and he told me I was daft to turn down the cash. I then asked if they’d post me a cheque without needing more info (which obviously I never gave over the phone). He said someone senior from their team would personally deliver it to my house. Somehow, I doubt that will actually take place.

Somebody called me claiming I had won £2800, but before I'd get anything they wanted me to hand over £480 for admin fees. They said I'd be sent 4 I-tunes vouchers worth £50 each, and then once Catherine Cox delivered the cheque, the money would be paid back. Honestly, I couldn't even figure out the name of the organisation they said was awarding it! I've reported this to the police now. Feels like a total scam to me.
