I’m not entirely convinced this was legitimate. A woman claiming to be from BT rang me up, asking me to switch on my computer and follow her instructions. When I mentioned I was occupied, she insisted it’d only take five minutes. She got rather stroppy when I reiterated that I was short on time, and she mentioned her name. Can anyone confirm if this is a genuine call? I ended up hanging up on her.
