After that, she wanted my first name, which struck me as odd since she was the one calling and obviously should have known it. I asked if she didn’t know my first name, and she said no. That’s when I ended the call. Who rings you up without even knowing your name, especially when they claim it’s a reward for customers? Customers with no names… that’s a new one! #clueless

They called me, but I couldn’t figure out which business it was, even after I repeated the question a few times. They wanted to talk to the person who lived here before me and actually got the name correct, but that person moved out more than a decade ago. I ended the call once I explained that.

Got a call from 01618184506 on Friday afternoon. A woman with an Asian accent asked if she was speaking to R----- C-------, which I confirmed. I couldn’t really catch what she was saying because of her accent and I'm a bit hard of hearing. It was clear the call wasn’t anything important for me. As I was about to put the phone down, she suddenly started shouting down the line. She was so loud that my mates who were outside could hear her yelling. The only person who’s ever shouted at me like that before was my ex-wife. Maybe she was having a bad day or perhaps it was just one of those hormonal moments? More likely she just despises the awful job she’s stuck with - bothering people who don’t want to listen. Poor woman looked like she was about to snap for sure.
