They claim to be able to help you save money, but only if you're willing to give them some first. When the first caller contacted me, I informed them that I would be reporting their actions to TPS. However, this didn't deter another call just three minutes later from an arrogant agent who introduced himself as Victor. Interestingly enough, he failed to provide a surname or simply couldn't recall it. After expressing my disinterest in their company, he rudely questioned my intelligence for not wanting to save money. Just for the record, I did report the incident to TPS, although I don't have high hopes for any significant action to be taken. In fact, I don't expect any resolution at all.

Today, on the 22nd of March, I received another call from them. The individual claimed to be from Consumer Direct and claimed they could help me save money. I immediately informed them that I wasn't interested if they were attempting to sell me something. This seemed to irritate the caller, who insisted on wanting to save me money. I explained that we already had all the necessary insurances (including house, life, and car), pensions, gas, and electric arrangements in place, so we didn't require anything else. This seemed to further annoy the caller, who remarked that I clearly wasn't paying attention or willing to listen to what he had to say before abruptly hanging up. Hopefully, they will finally remove my number from their calling list.

I just had a similar experience. I was tempted to call back since the number looked like it was from Manchester, but I decided to check here first. When I answered the phone, it was completely silent. Then, it was as if the caller connected and I could hear the sounds of a busy office.
