I got a call about some pcp claim, they said they wanted to verify my info to move forward with it. I ended up telling them off a bit, said phishing isn’t really on the up and up. Guess what? They just cut the call! Blocked straight away 🚫

Got a robocall from HMRC warning about tax fraud, sounded proper dodgy. Could easily trick someone vulnerable. Better to block it straight away.

I'm pretty sure this number is linked to the one ending 43029, which has rung me about six times. I once picked up and heard a lady with an Asian accent, though her words were a bit fuzzy. She mentioned something about receiving some info in the next five working days that would supposedly benefit me financially. The moment I hear anything to do with money like that, I hang up straight away. Sadly, not everyone is as cautious. I reckon there’s a bunch of dodgy folks running a scam out of Manchester. Watch out!

0161 8149317 keeps ringing me. Whenever I don’t know the number, I just pick up and then leave the phone alone till they get bored and hang up. It’s better this way ’cos it ends up costing them, so I’m not bothered if they call loads. Proper stupid! After that, I block the number and get rid of it.

So, I got a call from this charming guy called Dec about some PPI thing. I've never even claimed it, but we ended up chatting for a bit. Then out of the blue, he asked me out! Fast forward and now we're engaged. Honestly, it's worth picking up these calls - you never know, it could change your life for the better :)

ML Legal called me using a number local to my area, even tho they’re actually from Manchester. I said I don’t drive (which isn’t true) and then they asked how old I was? When I asked why, he said it’s because I sound friendly and he wanted to check if I’m on Facebook! Bit creepy if you ask me, so I just ended the call.

I got a call from ML Legal using an 01425 number - seems like they reroute it so it looks local to where you live. The woman on the phone mentioned an accident I was supposedly involved in. When I asked for more info, she claimed Data Protection rules stopped her from giving me anything over the phone. So I told her to post me all the info they have on me to my home address, which she already had. Let’s wait and see if they actually send it!

If someone calls and says they're from ML Legal, just chuckle, hang up, or tell the person on the other end they've got no sense, their mum’s actually something else, and the firm they work for never pays on time or properly. That’ll throw them off! Also, they’re NOT officially linked to the government or acting on their behalf. They’re misleading folks by pretending to be, which is outright illegal and fraud against the Crown!

Rob, this guy on minimum wage working some call centre gig, probably no life and still lives with his mum. After his third back-to-back call, I told him to go take a hike. Now he reckons it’s hilarious to keep ringing me. Somehow Aviva bungled and passed on my info about an accident. Let him waste his time, honestly, maybe it'll be the thing that shuts them down.
