Not quite sure what’s going on with Arlene and Sonal at the Inwood house, but seems like their main phone line is acting weird or maybe it’s just a weird coincidence. It’s all a bit of a mystery to me!

I tried ringing this number back and got a recorded message saying to hold on coz my call's important, but they never actually say who they are! The number 01744 350063 looks like it’s from St Helens, while the 01618149267 is a Manchester one. Weirdly, both seem to belong to the same company!

I’m signed up on the TPS but these calls just keep coming through. I don’t pick up anymore.

Every time I try calling back, I just get the same Chopin music and that annoying "your call is very important to us" message. I've yet to actually talk to someone on the other end.
