On September 15th, I received a phone call from someone with an unclear agenda regarding the latest pension laws and offering a complimentary report to evaluate the suitability of my pension. They attempted to persuade me to schedule a meeting with an advisor at my place. The caller's conduct was unprofessional, and there was excessive background noise during the conversation.

On the 13th of July 2015, at 17:47, I received a telephone call from an individual named John Hammond claiming to be from The Pensions Office in Southampton. However, the conversation was filled with incoherent babble about potential threats to my pension due to recent legislation. When I requested the address of the office, the call abruptly ended. It soon became evident that the caller was attempting to commit fraud, as there is no legitimate Pensions Office in Southampton and the call originated from a Manchester number. The fraudulent nature of the call left me with no doubts.
