Got a call about holidays I supposedly took in the last two years and that I’m entitled to a refund. It was totally unprofessional. I wasted 25 minutes of my time listening to the bloke babbling rubbish, then he passed me to his manager who was just as daft. The manager was more fixated on my accent, making jokes about it, which was really rude and definitely not professional. They kept laughing and putting me on and off hold. I’ve never experienced such a complete lack of professionalism before. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste 25 minutes of your time with people like that.

Got a call from a travel firm claiming I might be entitled to a refund for an all-inclusive trip I took back in 2015, something about poor hygiene in some resorts.
