I received a call today (3rd March 2017) from an individual who didn’t disclose their identity or the location of their call. They were inquiring whether I had taken an all-inclusive holiday in the past couple of years, which struck me as quite odd, especially since they seemed to know my name. Their tone raised a few red flags, sounding to me like an Asian Indian gentleman. Honestly, I’d advise against trusting this caller. Very dubious indeed!

I got a call from some firm named Holiday Care, asking when my last holiday was. I told them they were ringing me up against the rules since I’m on the TPS list, and the guy sounded proper annoyed. I then asked to talk to his supervisor, but he just cut me off. That was so disrespectful.

Loads of times they've just rung and then hung up straight away. I tried ringing back from my landline, and it just rings before some automated voice with an American accent says 'please hold your call, important to us', then it just drops the call! Proper rude behaviour!
