No idea who these people are, but honestly, the answer's pretty straight forward since the TPS doesn’t seem to do a thing. If you get a call from a number you don’t recognise, just ignore it or decline on your phone. If it’s on a landline, try using 1571 or one of those call screening features where the caller has to say their name first before it rings through. That way, you get to know who’s calling before you even pick up. I keep my mobile on silent and just have vibration on, so I know when I’m getting a call without hearing the annoying ringtone. Easy!
