I asked again what company it was, and he got all sarcastic, telling me I only asked where. He kept dropping my name like it was some kinda joke. I kept trying to find out who he really was, but he was just rude, so I just hung up in the end.

Weird experience here, got a missed call so I called back, and all I got was some automated American voice saying 'please hold' then just loads of piano music playing for ages! No one ever picked up!
