I've been bombarded with annoying calls from this number quite often, and I must say, it's reassuring to see that many of us are documenting our experiences both here and in other places. Yet, it boggles the mind as to why this continues unchecked. It feels like it's been swept under someone else's rug to handle. Are we, perhaps, all just too timid to take a stand?
