Supposedly some accident investigation lot! They acted really rude and were proper rude, wouldn't hang up no matter what. They were actually after my daughter - who doesn't even have a licence. I reckon it might have something to do with Vodafone since that's the only place where her name and my work number are connected, as far as I can tell. Watch out for these lot.

I got a call from a company called "Motor Investigations" who claimed to be based in Manchester. When I asked for where they were registered, they just said Manchester - like there's some special Companies House there or something, bit of a laugh really. They kept getting my name wrong on every call after that, which was super frustrating. I ended up texting them back, quite bluntly, and then blocked their number. Honestly, I’d really like to find out who they really are and maybe take legal action - for some folks, this isn't just a nuisance, it can be genuinely upsetting.

Repeatedly received the same pre-recorded messages. I've made it a rule not to respond to unfamiliar numbers these days. If it's an actual call from someone I wish to converse with, they’ll leave a courteous message, and I’ll happily get back to them. That number is now firmly BLOCKED!
