Says they’re a legal firm and say they’ve made a claim for me over a small car accident with barely any damage and no one got hurt. Total rip-off (or just s#am if you wanna call it that) since they have zero legal permission to file anything for you without your clear okay first.

I quite enjoy these calls haha, I pick up and say wait a sec then just carry on doing what I was doing. When they ask for miss ali, I’m like yeah give me another minute and just keep going. I usually put them on speaker too. It’s like a little game to waste their time! They have so many calls to get through each hour, in the end they just hang up all annoyed lol.
