I had a rather peculiar phone call today. The person on the line inquired whether I'd been on holiday within the past two years and mentioned something about being entitled to £1200 for each person in my travel group due to a stomach bug, all without any need for proof. I informed her that I hadn’t suffered any illness, and just like that, she abruptly ended the call. Quite odd, really!
