Got a call from someone saying they needed to discuss a crash. When I asked how they got my details, they just said it was through some kind of “system”. I asked what system but all they said was a Claims Management System. Ended up hanging up on them.

They also said my insurance company passed my details to them, which is pretty sneaky, considering I don’t have any accidents on record!
