She even read out my address and I verified it. Then she wanted my email address, but that’s when I just ended the call.

Got a call from some geezer claiming he was calling from South Africa, but his accent was awful. He kept switching names too, which raised loads of red flags. Definitely one of those pesky PPI scams.
