Someone rang me saying they were from O2, but just as I was about to say something, the line dropped and the call finished. Honestly, don’t pick up - it’s just a waste of time!

So I got a call from 02 saying I needed to top up my bundle, which seemed a bit odd since I’m normally the one who rings them first!

Got a call from what said it was an O2 call centre, they were thanking me for sticking with them and then started asking how much I usually put in each month and what benefits I get from it? I thought they’d already have that info given I pay for a £15 bundle. I just ended the call and blocked the number after that.
