I can only say that it appears to be an Indian call centre. I've received two calls within the last two days, both of which were looking for someone named C Vor-gan. Honestly, I’m a Vorn, so when they mispronounce my name, the conversation doesn’t go much further than that. If they do happen to ring again tomorrow, maybe I’ll actually get some info before I cut them off.
