Getting calls at odd hours like just now, almost 8 in the evening, then being cut off after just a couple of rings really makes me want to block the number. Funny enough, earlier today I picked up a call from a hidden number. I answered because my husband’s currently got some pre-op check-ups with the hospital, and they always call from private numbers. But this call was about some accident they claimed I’d been in over the last couple of years (which thankfully I haven’t). I’m thinking this might be the same company trying a different approach.

What a bunch of muppets! They pretend to be doing a proper job by ringing up claiming you had an accident. Just say yes to all their questions and you end up witnessing the whole scam while you’re on the bus. Proper laugh, honestly.

About like four or five calls just this past week, they just ring and cut off after like 5 or 6 seconds, no one talks or anything.
