I picked up the phone earlier today, but it was quite a cacophony on the other end. The woman on the line appeared to be well-acquainted with my name and even my entire address. Oddly enough, she didn’t have my email or home phone number, which I hadn’t disclosed. She claimed she was reaching out regarding a potential mis-sold PPI issue dating from 1975 to 2007, promising to send further details via traditional mail. I informed her that I was sceptical about having any claims and decided to end the conversation there.
