Received a call around 11 in the morning. They kept saying "hello," but it was all rather noisy on their end, like a crowd buzzing away. The caller claimed to be Clare from ICSolutions and mentioned something about a payment linked to a car accident. Frankly, I’m baffled as to how they obtained my number, as someone apparently referred me in some manner. To top it off, they advised against returning the call to the number that contacted me. I even tried to look up ICSolutions online, but hit a dead end - nothing useful came up. Quite the mystery, really!

They purport to be part of a crime prevention team, yet they attempt to exert an odd sort of influence by claiming they can pinpoint details about your business. They also suggest they have a way to assist with advertising, all while casually mentioning rogue traders. Quite a peculiar approach, if you ask me. - caller: failed to disclose their identity.
