I received a call from a lad who claimed he was attempting to arrange some kind of reimbursement from my insurance. I told him I wasn’t keen and hung up. Not long after, he called me again, asking if our line got disconnected. I responded that it hadn’t; I simply ended the conversation. He pressed on, asking if I still wasn’t interested in a refund. Once again, I said no, and then he had the audacity to label me a freak! Quite the cheeky chap, wasn't he?
