Given that I’m actually an O2 customer, I remarked, "If you really are O2, you’d already know that." I went on to tell her that she was part of a scam operation. After a rather lengthy silence, she piped up with, "We can help you save some money," to which I responded that I was going to file a report and promptly hung up. Since then, I’ve been trying to track down her so-called company to make a formal complaint. What a bunch of numpties!
