Got a quiet caller. Called me twice in like two minutes earlier today but the first one ended before it even rang. I picked up on the second call and stayed on the line for around 10 seconds but no one said a word when I spoke. I'm thinking they're hoping I'll ring back so it costs me, while they either bother me or try to push some stuff.
